I called and the guy swore that premium processing for I140s was discontinued from May 13 2007..
Another time the guy just read the information which was avlaible online...
third time, I got the number for Premium processing center which of course was incorrect.

I think sending out emails to everyone wont serve the purpose. It will become more of a Spam from IV, which won't help in any way.
AFAIK, IV sends email to its members, when they have updates. I hope this helps.
Also, all the state chapter leaders have been asked to sent out emails to their respective state chapters. So, people will be knowing about this campaign.
GO IV GO. TOGTHER WE CAN.

Can we please send out NOT mass emails, but a MASS Private Message (PM) to all users to contribute to the High Five Campaign.

Flats in Indian hub cities: 2-bedroom, 1000 sq ft apartment for average $200,000-$300,000 and above. (www.99acres.com) Condos in most major metros in USA: 2-bedroom, 1000 sq ft average $200,000-$300,000 (google housing)
Given that, median income in US is 50 times more than India. I thought the Indian cities are up in bubble. Next, look at agricultural land prices.
Agricultural land in Northern part of India is average $50000 - $250,000 per acre (www. 99acres.com) where in east, west and south is about $20000-$200,000. In Villages its about $15000 to $50000 per acre.
Agricultural land in US is in the range of $6000-$15000 per acre. ($12,000 per acre in NJ, $6,000 per acre in California and $8,000 per acre in Florida. From USDA website)
Now You can do the math. Commercial land is even more expensive in india.
The reason, people say, population density. Now lets look at this factor, the density in India is much higher than USA. But, compare to NJ, NJ is actually slightly more densely populated than most states in India. Nitinboston is right. He is not saying that we do not deserve it. Just saying that we should not behave that we are entitled to it. The Govt did not promise that one will get green card in X years...and broke that promise. Yes, the system is flawed and all sorts of people get ahead in line..and some get stuck.
However, this crazy rants critizing the country where we want to settle down is a bit hypocritical. If you hate so much...please leave...its a choice.
Once again, I am not saying we do not fight for improvement..and better quotas..better visa allocation (and more of them). But let us not behave like bad guests.
I am personally suffering big time despite being in the country for 10 years..and will support initiatives. But I will not behave like as if I have been wronged. If one feels so wronged..please pack up and leave. If you think you have been cheated of your social security...by all means...please go to a country where you can earn more money and keep all that.
Once all of us become citizens...we will then start wondering that our jobs are being taken away by new immigrants..and the cycle continues........

The numbers are assumptions and NOT facts. Most of these numbers have actually been pulled from other places or based on some rationale (for example 750,000 from Matthew Oh site, 5 minutes/EAD based on what need to be done to print out a card and pack in an envelop)

Come on people only 11 shots to be fired. (I will take one shot, two already fired). The next person who will pull the trigger is probably a jovial person. He/she has contributed before or will contribute for the first time. He/she thinks we are a bunch of serious people, who will get the job done, but too serious for his/her company.
That is not the case at all. To prove it, here is a joke for you, to make you pull the trigger, amused and probably laughing.
Note: It is impossible to crack a joke and make everyone laughs. Invariably it is offensive to someone. I hope it is not the case here. Also, not everyone likes a particular joke; well the objective here is to make only one person laugh (enough to go to google and pull the trigger). An old lady takes the limp body of her rabbit to the vet. She pleads to the Dr �Please please take a look at my dear Pilu. He is not responding at all�. The Dr goes and checks the poor rabbit. �Sorry! But your Pilu is dead�. �No it can�t be the case, help me, help me, please do something�. The Dr says OK and blows a whistle. A cat come and gets on top of the table where Pilu�s body is lying�. She sniffs the body from top to bottom and shakes her head and leaves the room. The dr looks at the old lady and shakes his head too. Old lady protests and says the dr is not doing a good enough job. The Dr again whistles and in comes a Labrador Retriever.
